We’re looking for a safe, friendly and reliable driver to help our care teams get to work.
As a Company Driver, you’ll drive staff to and from our homes. There is flexibility with drop off and pick up locations. You’ll be the first smile they see in the morning — and the last on the way home. You’ll keep the company vehicle clean and road-ready, and make sure everyone gets where they need to go, safely and on time.
Currently, for this role, there is one late night shift run that is 8pm-10pm – the others are 6am-8am and 1pm-3pm.

What Your Day Could Look Like
You’ll help staff start and end their shift with less stress — and more support.
Driving staff to and from work on a regular route
Checking the vehicle each day and keeping it clean
Reporting any damage or faults quickly and clearly
Completing simple paperwork and vehicle logs
Helping new staff get used to the journey
Being a kind and reliable part of the team
What We’d Love You to Bring
We’re looking for someone with a calm driving style and a helpful, team-focused approach.
Full and clean driving licence
Confidence driving a large van-style vehicle
Friendly, reliable and good with people
Able to work on your own and follow a set route
Happy to keep the vehicle clean and in good condition
Previous driving experience is a plus (but not essential)

Island Healthcare is looking for someone who is able to drive our staff bus around Ryde, Newport and Wootton in connection with our shift changes 3 times a day (maximum of 2 hours driving per run) This role is to cover holiday and sickness of our current drivers.
Salary & Benefits
Employee referral bonus scheme
Attendance bonus + 50p per hour if all shifts are attended each month - T&C's apply
Monday - Friday £12.30 & weekend £13.53
