How you earn points

You get points each time someone who applied through your link gets a step closer to joining us:

  • Their interview goes well+ points
  • They start working with us+ points
  • They settle in+ points
  • And a bit extra if they're new to care+ bonus

Getting started

  1. Tap the sign-up link below and fill in your details, including which home you work at.
  2. It'll then take you to download the free Care Friends app. Install it and sign in.
  3. Pick a job, tap share, and you're away.

Already signed up but can't log in? Use "forgotten password" in the app, or ask your manager.

Will it affect my hours? No. We have vacancies across our homes and The Hub, so new starters help fill gaps rather than take shifts from anyone.

Referring former staff: we don't give points for people who've worked for us before. They're always welcome back, so the points are just for new people joining the team.
